Getting his scientific Baccalaureate degree (equal to A-levels in the UK), Charles Rosier was able to attend to further education. Two years of additional classes were undertaken by him in order to prepare for additional French certifications. Charles Rosier join UBS Warburg Investment Bank right after being a part of Lehman Brothers in 1996.
He invested capital in Mapreg, a Paris-based laboratory that was in the business of researching about depression, strokes and other serious issues. Charles Rosier funded the drug project to help find a cure for strokes that can lead to spinal cord injury. The first project of Charles Rosier in the healthcare industry, was the Mapreg Drug project.

Charles Rosier was accountable for the French-speaking markets of France, Belgium and Quebec at UBS Warburg.
